We have a delightful 2 bedroom apartment available for for stays from 2 nights to a few weeks.

Right in the centre of Perth, but on a quiet street, it is only 10 minutes walk from Perth Concert Hall or 5 minutes from the main shopping area.

If you want to enjoy a walk in the fresh air then both a large park or the river are close by.

Both bedrooms have comfortable double beds and there is also:

  • WiFi
  • TV
  • Central heating with unlimited hot water on demand
  • Fully equipped kitchen with microwave
  • Washing machine
  • Shower + bath
  • All bed linen + towels supplied
  • Car parking space available

Rates - £112 per night + £40 Cleaning Fee (minimum 2 night stay).

Please note that there is also a refundable £100 security deposit required.

We will require your consent to receive this commission.  You do not have to take our finance as it is available through other distributors. You can arrange funding for your vehicle elsewhere and it may be cheaper.

Please note we do not operate an organised distance selling scheme as defined by The Consumer Contracts (Cancellation, Information and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Therefore, even if you choose to not view your vehicle at our premises prior to purchase, you will not be entitled to cancel your order under any 14 day cancellation period. All other statutory rights remain unaffected.
